Websites for aesthetic clinics

Websites that turn searches into booked consultations.

Patients want the price, the dose and the recovery time before they book. Most clinic sites make them call to find out. Yours won’t, and it goes live in seven days.

Henning Schulze, who designs and builds every Omataweb site.

Henning Schulze

I design and build websites for people who want to look like the best in their field, not like everybody else in it. Every site is drawn, written and coded by me, from the first sketch to the day it goes live.

I am Namibian and German. The line in the mark above is the Omatako mountains, which is where the name comes from and roughly how I work: wide, quiet, and built out of very few things. Nothing on a page of mine is there to fill space.

I take on one build at a time, so the person answering your questions is the person doing the work. When it is finished you own the site, the files and the domain, and I am still reachable after that.

Built to turn a browsing patient into a booked one.

Designed for patients. Engineered for search. Live in seven days.

How almost every clinic site puts it

We offer a range of injectable treatments tailored to your individual needs. Our experienced team will work with you to create a personalised plan that helps you look and feel your best.

  • No product named
  • No price
  • No dose, no duration
  • True of every clinic in your city
How yours will

Our nurse injectors treat frown lines with Botox Cosmetic, usually 20 units, from $12 a unit. Results settle in 10 to 14 days and last 3 to 4 months. There is no downtime, and you can drive yourself home.

  • Product named
  • Price a patient can act on
  • Dose, duration and recovery
  • True of you, and checkable

Every treatment on your site gets written like the second one.

Live in seven days.

Talk it through, 15 minutes
  1. Built for the phone first

Fast to load and easy to book from, where your patients look you up.

  2. Every treatment on its own page

Price, results and recovery answered before anyone has to call.

  3. Easy for Google and AI to find

Written and structured so search engines and AI can read and quote it.

  4. Designed around your clinic

Your photos, your brand, your voice. You own all of it.

  1. Day 0

    You fill in the brief

Your prices, devices and recovery times, saved as you go.

  2. Days 1 to 5

    I write and build

You review it live on your phone and mark what's wrong.

  3. Days 6 to 7

    Corrections, then live

I point your domain and hand it over. You own everything.

Day 0 is the day your photos and deposit are both in. That's written into the contract.

Questions & answers.

We already have a website.

Most clinics I talk to do. If yours is fast on a phone and already answers price, results and recovery for every treatment, you may not need me. The discovery call settles it in fifteen minutes.

Can you guarantee more bookings?

Nobody honest can promise a number, and nobody can make Google or AI recommend you. What I guarantee is everything on the list above, on your site on handover day, where you can check it.

How do I check what AI sees on my site?

Open one of your treatment pages on a computer and press Ctrl+U (Cmd+Option+U on a Mac). That's the page as AI reads it. Search it for the treatment's price. If the price isn't in there, AI never saw it.

My SEO person already does this.

Maybe. If your treatments already have their own pages with prices and recovery times on them, you don't need me. The check above settles it in a minute.

Do I have to switch my booking system?

No. Vagaro, Boulevard, Mangomint, Zenoti, Aesthetic Record: whatever you use today stays.

Seven days sounds too fast.

It's fast because you do the hard part first. The brief pins down your prices, devices and recovery times, and building around them is the quick bit.

Where to start

Fifteen minutes decides it.

We open your site together and look at it the way a new patient does. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the call.
